They also request a credit card over the phone to receive their special one time pricing to optimize my website. When returning a call to the number that called it was only a recording saying that this number could not be reached by returning a call to this number.

I received the same email and I did a google search on them and the company checks out however I'm sure something is not quite right. If they pulled your resume from Career Builder then they wouldn't be asking for your first and last name, address and phone number because it's on my resume. When something sounds too good to be true,it is.
