Called and laughed but said nothing

Received a call from this number wanting to sell health insurance. I inquired about health insurance on the E Surance web site several months ago and have been getting calls from everywhere since then. I had only requested information from one company.

same here! they kept calling me finally I picked up and they hung up.

ruby from prizes and notification department called from 219 427 0300, listed in Gary Indiana saying I entered a drawing in January which I have no recollection of.  Says I'm a major prizewinner.  left 8 506 3445 as call back number, called back and it goes to voice mail with same voice
