This person called me and gave me this number as a verification department number. He said that I've been selected from the government to get $7.000 for having a clean record. He asked me for my debit card number. I told him to wait, he also said that he was located in Washington DC. When I called the number, a fax machine answered. When I went to talk to him again after putting him on hold for about 3 minutes, he hung up the phone.
