Millions Call

This Los Angeles cell number attempted an unlawful contact, but failed to leave a message, a common tactic of robocallers and other criminals. Other websites report this is a scam contractor -- probably unlicensed. Why would anyone do business with a scammer?

Somebody texted me from this number saying it was Ivan, 2 days later another text saying is my friend Norma, by then I responded saying I don't have a friend Norma! The answer was you are my friend in Facebook, check your inbox I just sent you a message. While this texting was happening, Spanglish was used on every text. Beware....!!!
