Unwanted Calls from 717 867 6857 prompted a complaint about this number to the FCC

Recieved call from Diana chase pertaining to identity theft. They gave me a case number and a return phone number. Will not call them back. I have no idea what its about.

said their baby had lung cancer and the phone company would donate 10 cents for every person the text was sent to as the parents could not afford the bill, also included picture of baby

It is a massage parlor.

I receive calls from this number 1-2 times every month even though I am register on the Do Not Call registry.
