A voice recording calling from several diff #'s

Received a call from this number on my cell phone. I answered it because it is also my business phone and I have not had a problem with junk calls. A recorded message told me that my debit card had been suspended and to press '1' to talk to someone. I called the number back and the answering system said I had reached a company called Paltalk. I was unable to get through to a person. An internet search reveals that this is some type of online viewing/ chat room provider.

I answered 3238983037 but there was only silence after I said hello. Minutes earlier I received same call from similar number 3238982075.
