A user user from Toledo, Ohio received an unsolicited call from 419-520-7364 and reported the caller to the FCC

STOP TEXTING ME.

They called me and I answered thinking it was someone else, the guy mumbled his name and then demanded my address. I refused to give it to him and he said "Well then Bye, Bye.." and hung up on me

This number is calling my friends saying they are trying to get in touch with me. When I call the number back, it says the caller is unavailable.

Silence Hang up, some time unexpected

Called around 7am this morning left no message. Called again 10 minutes ago. I picked up and there was a computer voice saying 'Please hold all operators are busy'. So I waited, about 2 minutes later the computer voice said 'We value your service at *garbled* please continue to hold'.Then the line went dead. I tried to call back but got a 'We're sorry, this mailbox is full' message.Caller ID listed the caller as VSCN. Any ideas who this place is?
