Credit card interest rate scam.

Received a call from 866.565.7849 two times this week and after about 2 seconds both times I heard someone hang up. Anyone know this number?

This number is an automated dialer that rings at random intervals several times each day. If answered a synthesized voice indicates there is a special message for you (name not clear). If unanswered, there is no voicemail left on ones cellphone vm. Please block it!

these people happen to be phoning continually. soon as we transfer the ring to our house telephone (which seems to 'em as when this was gonna voice mail) these people put the phone down when we reply the call, there was a recorded message about lower rates for our Credit; Press '1' to talk to a operator, '2' to disconnect. soon as we pressed '1' & had a person, these people requested when We are inquiring about lower rates for our visa or master card. we stated 'No', we pressed 1 to have our no. deleted with their auto-dialer. these people instantly hung up!

had a text this afternoon woke us up, super pissed off blah blah blah. stated we won free apple product.

left a voice mail saying they were from a law firm wanting to collect a debt from Monroe..Don't know who Monroe is
