Millions Call

Nobody speaks when i answer...i can only hear computer keys being hit

This is a collection agency calling from India on behalf of GE Capital which handles credit cards for Sam's Club,and Lowe's among others. They have a very inefficient auto dialer which hangs up when you answer the phone. They catch people when they call back to complain about the constant calling.

A charge of $9. 95 each week appears on our Goodyear Account under "Watch Guard. " we have no idea exactly what this was however We are pursuing this.

After doing some digging I discovered this one of those automated phone calls with a pre-recorded message offering a pre-approved line of credit.I ignored the first call from this number as I thought it was a wrong number, however after receiving a third call, I decided to get online and do some investigating.
