got an emergency message from my dad - who lives ~1500 miles and 4 states away today - someone left a recorded message on his machine at home - asked for me by right name as i am currently married but have NO CLUE how they found my dad - this 'andrea Burke' who also called herself a special investigator said i have affidavits etc etc etc, need to forward info to attorney and respond within 48hrs and that the 'order to show cause contains a restraining order' -- my poor dad nearly had  stroke!!!and the worst thing is in my profession - just the notion that i have any kind of criminal thing going on is terms for severe public scrutiny and possible terminationWHAT CAN WE DO TO FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THESE FOOLS!!

got rings with this no. & 620-375-4073 proclaiming that the factory warranty on our car was about to expire. Not only was that not true, however no Toyota representative has our mobile no., & the ring was non-specific: 'your vehicle'. This was a con to collect financial info. never ever give any info to anybody making this kinda claim.
