this number bothers me early in morning who is it

we had a ring on our mobile telephone for somebody else with a firm rang the 'P R Group'. This wastes our peak minutes.

This telephone number has been calling my grandmoter for over a month and has scammed her out of hundreds of dallors all ready. We have tried everything to get them to stop calling but always seem to find a way. If you could help I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You
