we see in the ring history our hubbub was receiving rings with this number a lot,how do we figure out who this was ,seems nearly untr. aceable

Its an inmate calling from a correctional facility, jail, or prison.

recurring rings on our mobile telephone looking for name not attached to our phone. person calling will not provide any details or quit phoning our telephone number

I continue to get harassing phone calls from this number who claims to be an attorney. The problem is I am not the person they are contacting as I have had this phone number for 4 years. The previous owner of the number may be deceased as it looks like they are trying to collect a medical debt. Since I use the number for my business, I cannot readily change it.
