There was no one on the line so I called back - its a recorded message that says something about winning a prize, and to press a button to speak to someone live. Option 3 is to remove your name from the listing. (Google has this number listed to a locksmith company).

This person never stops calling me..it is a harassment issue. please do something about it.

Same ac/prefix as mine... Sure sign of a spammer... Multiple names come up that have no relation to me..Most likely a spoofed number
