Millions Call

This person keeps calling and calling. I am deaf and I cannot use the telephone for voice calls, only for text messages. Hopefully he/she will finally stop annoying me soon.

we have no clue who/what Deltathree Inc is, however these people rang us at 9:37pm.

Older female voice started speaking in spanish and then hung up after 3 seconds

keeps on textin and wont ztop

i got a call from this number but i didnt answer. i checked the messages and they left a message but it sounded realy funky, there realy isnt a way to discribe it. it almost sounds like they where haveing *py reception and where trying to hide their voices with something like on those shows where ppl want to hide their identity and it sounded likt it was a recording but played back very very slowly. this was very strange and i hope someone could shead some light on this, and maybe they can find out who it is better then i could from the message. because i couldnt hear anything but maybe a few things,
