I've been getting calls from that number for about 2 weeks now. And in a creepy little girls voice she will say "its me" and that's it nothing else at all. And if I call back the call is ignored and sent to voice mail which is not set up. The number will call at random times even 6am and throughout the day. I thought it was my ex trying to mess with me but I don't know.

The owner of this number has numerously called my household and when we pick up, there is either no answer or music from the same radio station that we are listening to. Not only is it extremely intrusive and disruptive, but a little bit creepy.
