FCC Complaint: Abandoned Calls

Contacted me via phone call to my cell. I responded by answering call only for caller to hang up without speaking to me. I attempted to call number back & got a voicemail that says the name Beth ... I was not able to get the full last name on voicemail & will not call back to find out. Not sure why i was contacted since i do not know anyone from wildwood nj / cape may, nj location. When looking up number it says those locations & owner previous address as mayslanding, Nj which is another area in which i am not familiar with anyone. Unsure why i was contacted.
