Some kind of loaning scam..sending links by text messaging

A consumer user from Cedar Rapids, Iowa received an unsolicited call from 319-364-7193 and filed a complainted with the FCC

Possibly a collection agency but they would not say who they were or wanted to talk to, all they said was that there was conflicting information that they needed to to talk to some about.

It seems that we get an automated call from this number once for twice a month.  They want to lower my interest rate on my credit card.  I punched '1' to talk to someone, a man came on the line and I said, 'how do I get these calls stopped.  He said, 'you can't' and then hung up on me.  No company name is given.  I called the number back and got a message that is was out of service.
