I received the same letter with a Florida postmark. My name was handwritten on the paper with my last name and street address incorrectly spelled. Became suspicious and did an internet search. I found this sight. I asked where they got my phone number since I am on the Indiana do not call list and got a flimsy answer.

Came up as BristolPa. Red Flag when I heard bleep when I said hello.Foreign voice said hello. When I said, “you scammers are working on Thanksgiving, business must be bad” Hung up on me

Computer asking for me.  Give a couple of options.  Maybe Asset Acceptence
