i have recieved a call from this number three times i dont know how it is

Received a call in the midnight.

I receive calls daily from this # and many other numbers from foreigners who speak broken English wanting to sell me illegal drugs such as Phentermine over the telephone. This has been going on for years - I have begged, pleaded, cussed, threatened to report them to authorities yet the calls continue. They even call on holidays.

This number called me 12 times in between the time of 5:12 am and 5:27 am. I answered once and asked to please stop calling me, it continued. I would reject, answer hang up, answer just sit there silently, but the phone calls persisted with no one ever saying anything. This is some moving company in Connecticut, I live in Texas. The entire website linked to the number is in portuguese as well. This is also the second day this has happened except yesterday morning they only called me 3 times. I am 20 years old I love my sleep, so any phone call at this time is alarming.
