got a call no sound/nothing on the other end, called back, said the service I am attempting to use has been restricted, pretty sure its some kind of a spam. put on the block list

i am on the national no ring directory & have got the identical experience

woman ended up leaving a msg on my picking up machine that I were one of 4 finalists in a sweepstakes to win a new car. that I could have filled out this entry as far back as 18 weeks ago & he can assure me that this was not a sales ring. besides the fact I never ever give out my house no. & use only cells, that I do not enter any sweepstakes/anonymous contests, this no. shows up on Calling-ID as being a private telephone line with this woman and not with a actual firm. con
