Another number with no known owner. Calls but leaves no mess ...

This is a spoofed telemarketer phone number

Receiving calls from 866-836-7831. The previous person who had my phone number must have been a dead beat because I keep receiving calls from many collectors. When I try to return call and inform this debt collector all I get is a fax ringing. I any knows how to stop these calls I would appreciate it.

This is the second call. It comes over as a Media Call. No picture shown on my phone, It just says "what a view". I do not know anyone at this number
