continued calling, won't stop!!

This person will not stop texting me and will not tell me who they are.    They continually harrass me.

Some guy calls trying to sell home security, whatever that is. I hang up immediately. The
people have called before from different numbers.

One way might be to tell the Police.     You cannot expect them to know otherwise.

When I got a call from this number, 'Amron Heart' came up on my caller ID.  I have no idea what they wanted because I didn't answer.  They didn't leave a message on my answering machine.
