Got 3 phone calls (at 2:20 am, I'm in Japan using a stateside number) to a text only number. No idea what it was for.

FCC Complaint: Prerecorded Voice

I received a call from this number.  The man said he was from DHL and that I had won 2.5 million dollars. He would only be able to deliver it to me if I could pay half of the insurance in the amount of $1650.00 to secure the winnings.  Needless to say this sounded very suspicious so I told the man I would get back to him and then I reported it to the authorities.Please beware and do not fall for any scams from this number.

Not sure how your service works but I’ve been getting texts from these 2 numbers by supposedly the same girl and nothing shows up when I do a revere phone search. The 2 Cell numbers are as follows.. ‭+1 (323) 843-8782‬ ‭+1 (818) 851-7128‬ Can you please tell me who this person is with these 2 cell numbers? Name and Address is fine thank you.
