I was told by man this was Spectrum trying to get me to add to my package. The phone number showed up unknown caller though so I declined.

This company is doing the same thing to me. I want to know how they got my phone number and name and email address. They were telling me they help people find a job? Weird. I told them to stop calling me and they hung up on me.
