person calling rang to say that we won money with Publishers Clearing home, this man continued irritating us.

Leaves no message. Tried calling the number, rings three times then hangs up on you.

Collection asking for somebody else. his name Desire.

I get calls daily at 8am (Mountain Time) from the 208-prefix numbers. If I answer, there is no one there, then disconnected. If I block, I get called the next day from a similar number.

I repeatedly requested Portifolio under Fair Debt Collection procedures to send mail and cease any and further telephone contact. They have people, apparently many from prisons, making calls several times a day. They admit that the alleged debt they claim to represent is already long past the date of expiration, uncollectible and just call to harass repeatedly anyway.

Making harissing calls to kids under the age of 15. BEWARE!

Delay in response; aware of their "games". They responded, "Hello" My response, "How may I help you?" They hung up
