So the scheduled payment for today did not go through, called and spoke to some idiot named Alan who started threatening me again. I reminded him that I am not making a payment into thin air, I have no record of what balance this is paying for and im not sum idiot whos going to send money to someone just because they called my office. He said that i understand that they will add locator fees and attorney court fees, i said that's fine but at least I will have paperwork. Can anyone find an address for these lames? I need to send a sweet letter to their offices but conveniently alan hung up before giving me the address. Just so everyone knows, read the 'fair debt act' you do npt have to be threatened or harassed, and if you request that they stop contacting you then they have to.
