Millions Call

I got 2 calls from this number claiming to be trying to get in touch with a Jon Combes. I don't know this person, however they also knew my name and that it shoud be my number. The woman said she worked for a truck driving job search company and she needed confirmation before sending his app through. She also said if I didnt call and tell them it wasn't a correct number that they would keep calling. Not sure what this was, but soon after I started getting calls from scammers.
