The caller said I could lower my credit card interest rate. He asked for my credit card number with the expiration date. I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said I would have to call back. I said they called me. He hung up

This boygirl has been calling and texting my phone everyday . I have asked them to stop calling and texting me , but they did want to stop . This caller has been sending me rude messages back to back to back . I have asked them to stop atleast more than twenty times they are just so rude . Can you please charge these people with something please? i would really appreicate this thanks !
