This person calls all hours of the night and will just sit there. You can hear the TV in the background but they wont speak. They called the other night at 1:15 am and last night at 10:31 pm, 10:38 pm, 10:45 pm and 11:01 pm. When I call it back they wont answer.

This number is Verizon, only calling their own customers that have a past due balance.    This is not telemarketing, or a debt collection company.    It is Verizon trying to get their past due balance from you.

Called at 9:15 pm. One of a number of harassing calls from a group of people involved in coercingextortingfraudulent misrepresentation for the purpose of acquiring money or property. These activities have been ongoing for 30 years.
