Was on other line and did not answer and no meassage left

I got a text message from this goober earlier today.  It just said, 'Hi 'my name here'.  I called him back.  He answered saying that he never messaged me and had his phone on him the whole time.  His voice was so calm that it was creepy.  He said his name was Jack but I think he was lying.  I hate getting creepy calls/messages like this one.

SCAM, SPAM, MONEY FRAUD. Their caller ID says it all: WOLF1 BG (Wolf one Bad-guy)

Got 2 calls, spammer no doubt about it.

I actually got a phone call coming from this specific number earlier this afternoon and figured to report it at this website

This number sent me a strange text, that just said Hi (then my first name).

Hi this is Ruby and I'm in our company's employment department on a recorded line I show here that you inquired about a job on 1 of our website How are you today.

This number showed up in my call log yesterday. The location from which the call was placed was Russia.
