Millions Call

We are receiving random loan solisitations text with this no.

I got one too but they didn't mention attorney but made it sound like a personal call from a friend.  Anyone know who this is? No caller ID showed, search showed it came from Washington State, I don't know anyone in that state and I'm sure not going to pay for a call to someone I don't know.
