Caller ID says "Ridgeley MD". No message left.

Called but did not leave a voicemail. I will wait and see.

Supposedly a $1000 gift card from Best Buy, was texted to my cell phone---Best Buy says its a scam and they are allegedly 'looking into it'.

did not pass on a msg & we do not recognise the no. & this was often busy.

We are now starting to receive a call from this number daily as well.  Our caller ID lists this number as 'Account Control'.  Sounds like a bill collector.  When they call our number and we answer it, the caller simply hangs up.  Sounds strange.

These folks also use 323-450-1206. She is a bill collector using an auto dialer who breaks every federal law on bill collecting. Whatever you do don't give her your bank account or credit card numbers.

Calling-ID says: V09301402040109 // msg ended up leaving on VM stated some thing about lowering interest rates // the 1st part of the msg is disconnected.

Forgot to add that he stated that the identical no. SMSed his on Thanksgiving, however we do not recall receiving one with this no. then.

I don’t know I didn’t recognize the number so I didn’t answer it and then later on I called it and it sounded like a sales call.
