Lady called and left this number, making its sound very important that we call her back, left an account number for a reference. I called back and asked what kind of a business this was, they said 'A collection agency.' I hung up. It's a scam.

caller never said anything. Call back and no answer, phone just keeps ringing constantly with no voicemail or inbox to leave a message or find out who it is? Maybe a greeting.
