sounded like children playing with the phone...and someone in the background sounded like an adult....incoherent conversation on their end.I only said hello....and waited..then I hung up.

Person claiming to be Officer Doug (big pause) Lewinsky (almost sounding like a question) said he was looking for me because they found a crack pipe with my fingerprints on it. Said we needed to talk. Didn't give a badge number or a precinct number. Had the smell of Scam all over it.

This number and 209-433-4413 keeps calling saying they are with a law firm but obviously are not. This is a scam. Once i called and cussed them out they disconnected the first number and tried calling on a different one there is no record of either number do not give any information to these people they just answer the phone without a name
