we had a ring with this no. The no. rang us two times & ended up leaving no msg. beginning to get freaked out.

Get a call from this number almost everyday.

Calls many times with no message if I don't answer.  Today I answered and they claim to be a debt relief program.  I told them I am not interested I am on the do not call list.

Received 3 calls (no message) from this number.  I tried calling back and it automatically went into voicemail with a message repeating the phone number.  Sounds like this could be a cell phone.    919-607-1749.. Raleigh/Durham, NC area code

rings constantly when unanswered, never ever bothers to leave msg. most likely UCSD attempting to get donations. when you do pick up, these people conversation you up for quite before receiving to the point.
