Wont say anything.when i called back said call was not complete.than tjey call from different # and does the same

Rang once at 6 a.m., no one there, immediate dial tone.  I then remembered that STMT Marketing called about a week ago, also at an odd time, no one there when I answered.  What gives?

receiving robot rings every evening with 'number withheld'. we eventually had 'em to ring back by leaving a msg looking for more information. attempting to con us on cc debt & mortgage issues.
