Reach a fast busy when I try and call back.

Keeps calling- I don't answer from people I don't know.

Thia number called me after 11pm and kept saying he was my grandpa and first off what grandpa is up that late cause all the old people I know go to bed at 8pm and second both of my grandpas are dead so this call was ridicules ... and he wouldn't say anything else other then he was my grandpa.

This person called my friend, mocked her 'hello,' ignored her question of 'who is this?' called her a fat    (female dog) and then hung up.
