Anybody get a phone call from this number also claiming to be Law Offices of Mitchell N. Kay, P.C.?  I got a letter from them saying I owe a debt even though my credit report does not show this information, however, when you call their 'SUPPOSEDLY' TOLL FREE number.it does not function, or you constantly receive a fast 'busy' signal.
