I have been revieving unsolicited text and phone call sfrom this number to my UScell phone. These calls and text may impact my cell phone bill. I have asked the sender to discontinue the contacts once without heed. This p

This number keeps calling me and wont say anything. When I callback, I cannot be connected. i tried texting but apparently this is a landline. Tonight I answerred but didnt say anything and the man kept saying my full name. I hung up. Im creeped out.

rings nearly daily for last week. No one on the phone line soon as we answer.

we have got seven rings in the past twenty-four hrs with 241-661-4199 & we picked up one ring to hear that the ring was coming with a Correctional Facility & to press #1. subsequently We are greeted by complete silence. We are curious when this was a con as we dont recognise any one in jail.
