I received a call from this number - when I called back immediately it said it was disconnected

the caller offered me a great deal on merchandise I had been looking for online.I had suspicions but gave him my card info anyway,since I have protection from this sort of thing.I never received the products and my card was charged over 300.00 weeks later.

This is a SCAM!! Number unknown to me. Number and name checked online and NO such info showing "Welgistics". They left NO message!! BLOCKED!!!

I don't know his name. But he is stalking me. I had text his number my a mistake and ever since he have been stalking me. Texting and calling repeatedly even though I told him sorry for texting him because I had the run number. He even called block a couple of times.
