has been calling from a blocked number that has been showing up on cell phone bill.    Sometimes upwards of 5 times in an hour.    Never says anything, just sits there in silence while pranking.

I believe this number to be a bogus front for a job scam.  The phone recipient was also Japanese.

person calling reported that she got a package to be delivered & she wanted somebody to be house for the package to be delivered. Upon phoning back, the male said that she is Osama Bin Laden
