Lisa, Received a call from a phone that was stolen from me.She invoked the 'Dont snich' code of silence. For that Lisa will end up in court paying for a phone she may or may not have had a hand in stealing - but most certainly had a hand in helping cover up the crime.

Calls and hangs up before I can answer.

I think this person keeps using different identities, to scam and harass.
