I want no contact with this person he is very weird and he's been stalking me for a year now I have no idea who it is HELP

Robocaller

Robo call female voice , (sounds like the same one that calls for credit card) this one was from a vacation place giving me a free Orlando vacation at a Disney resort ans asking for if I had a current debit or credit card.

They call my cell phone number. I use my work land line to call the number back and the phone will ring and then there is an immediate busy signal. apparently this is a spam.

I don't want this number to text me or Nothing.
