Seeing a recent increase in calls from supposed telemarketing numbers like 407-210-1, 484-892-6078 & 603-214-3650. All are marketers & should be fined by the goby for illegal practices.

To understand a ROBOCALL: a computer just dials numbers .. -5800, -5801, -5802, etc. (Ever watch the original WAR GAMES movie?) .. When they come across a number that has been disconnected, they edit their Caller ID to look like that number and dial that block of numbers (over and over again) .. no person is actually doing this, a computer is. Just write a simple script and BAM! .. you can spam-dial / robocall hundreds of numbers in a minute. If you change your number, you will still get them. Just never answer them.

Called my cell and and when I didn't answer it they then called my landline immediately.

I received a robocall on my cell phone from this number, a warning about warranty expires on my machine. I bought it new just two years ago, so what they say can not be true. It is illegal telemarketing sure ..
