Comcast and myself were the only ones who knew my number.Is comcast selling numbers and information about its customers that sign up for digital voice?Thats what it seems like to me.  (No - it wasn't comcast who called me)

    I got a post card with that number to call.It says 'You are eligible to claim a reward valued at $100.00.' It was addressed to me at my address and had a Claim # of 006884413. When I called, the rep (sounded Indian) told me all I had to do was to make a token payment of $3.95. I asked how I was to give him $3.95. He said any credit card, debit card would do. Then I told him that I didn't have a credit card - Can I send a check or cash? He said no. Then we were disconnected. I called again - sounded like the same guy. I said we were disconnected. I told him I didn't have a credit card. He said that I was selected because I made a large purchase at one of their partners business. Then I told him that I had lost my credit card. He hung up.
