These people do not care about you, so why should you care about them. Call the number back and tell them you have a junk car for sale. Look up a car onyour street and get the vin, approx year, color, make and model and tell them an address completely different to come and pick up the car. make them waste their time and money by sending a tow truck out.

Does not identify themselves, but demands call back before starting legal proceedings. Probably spam.
