Oh this is Abby I am a hearing on a recorded line how are you today.

Recorded message offering a 25% discount on my DP&L electric bill. Big time scam that uses various telephone numbers.

Answered a call from this number and was greeted by an automated message telling me there was some sort of serious legal issue involving the name and social security number associated with my IP address.  The male voiced recording stated I could call their toll free 866 number to solve the issue and to tell them the number that I received the notification from when I returned the call.  This absolutely reeks of scam.  I strongly suggest no one calls them back with any info other than you're reporting them to the appropriate authorities.  I've had Nigerians try to scam me with more tact and finesse.
