Millions Call

Got a call at 5:30 p.m. and they said they were calling from AAA and wanted to know if I wanted to do an 'automatic renewal' over the phone. I was busy at work so I told him it wasn't a good time. But it sounds very suspect to me since I've had AAA for years and this would be something new. And it's a Doylestown or Levittown, Pa. number -- a little odd. Will call AAA to confirm.

Called me twice this afternoon (06/29/2010). I missed the call in both cases. They did not leave a message or time. When I called them back, I immediately got the default Asterisk message that I was very amused. It looks like they use Asterisk systems for some automatisk scam, but it can not be bothered to actually set it up.

several phone calls made to my phone from this number. this number has no location. it must be spam online. they were harrassing me and would not stop calling so i blocked the number

Called and left no message on my tracfone cell phone. I get a lot of calls like this after I enter a contest, do online surveys, etc and they require your phone number to notify you if you've won a prize, such as Family Dollar, Dollar General, grocery stores, etc. You never win, but they win your name, address and phone number so they can sell it and harass you endlessly on the phone. I gave them my cell because most of the time that is turned off.
