Car warranty scam

I’ve received two calls from this number, but did not answer either time. No voice message was left. I called back from a different line, and I got an automated operator for “The Flipping Formula Event Registration Line”. I'm not sure how they got my number.

Part of an avalanche of 316-333-xxxx calls I have received daily for two weeks.

DO you know if this a legit business or a scam? I got the fax too and the deal seems good but am unsure as to if it is real.
