got a call from 8589517122 , and asked if this is 'my last name' and I said, 'speaking', next thing: the phone clicked. They hang up. I thought that was strange, I searched for their number, and find out that they are calling somewhere from Sand Diego, CA. I could not call them back, because I keep getting a busy signal. All that I could is block them. But, there are other similar call that I am getting with same area code? Is there anything we can do to stop them?

Receiving a call from this number stating that there was going to be a warrant issued for my arrest for fraud.    They are stating that I received a pay day loan from Cast net in Flordia.    I have never received anything from this company .    The caller has an Indian accent and you call hear other callers in the background making similar calls.
